Marketing students learn the art and science of creating, communicating and delivering offerings that have value for customers, clients, partners and society. They develop skills in communication and project management. Marketing incorporates both creative and quantitative skills, and the job offerings vary greatly. Additional education and training may include a master’s degree or professional certifications.

The digital marketing major allows you to use technology to meet the marketing needs of organizations. It develops skills such as social media marketing, mobile strategies, business intelligence, and web analytics. Many students also obtain certifications like Google AdWords Certification.
