Student life activities abound in the Victor’s Den which is home to ping pong and pool tables and boasts open spacious seating – perfect for informal gatherings to study, eat and relax. Both the Union team and the UM-Dearborn team design programming with the residents, students, and campus community top of mind. On a given day, you may see hundreds enjoying a pancake breakfast, a group in a heated game of ping pong or a crowd gathered to watch a U of M basketball game. You may see a small group collaborating for a group project or a plethora of residents eating popcorn while enjoying a movie night.

As the first housing option specifically designed for UM-Dearborn students in decades, this independently owned space is beautifully appointed, offering fully furnished apartments as well as a wide range of amenities. Gathering spaces at the Union at Dearborn offer a place for memorable collegiate experiences to happen, as well as fostering a sense of home.

With rental rooms and meeting space available, the Union at Dearborn is a wonderful choice for meetings, workshops, conferences or special events. The Union offers the House of Maize and Blue, a spacious 120-seat-single-level theater which is configurable to accommodate many requests or needs. Other available spaces for rental include a 25-person meeting room and an 8-person breakout room.
