Certificate Completion

In order to receive a certificate, students must complete a Certificate Completion Application. The application should be completed at the beginning of the term in which they expect to complete their certificate requirements.

Certificates are awarded three times a year. All certificates are distributed by mail.

Certificate Completion Applications are available online and must be submitted on or before the last day of classes. Students not meeting certificate requirements must complete an application in a subsequent term by the last day of classes.
