Students may add courses via Walk-in or Web registration.
Forms for the purpose of adding a course may be picked up from the college in which the student is enrolled, the Enrollment Services counter or from the "Registration and Records Forms" section. Completed forms must be returned to the Enrollment Services counter for processing. The effective date of the add is the date the add form is received and signed at the Enrollment Services counter. Students are required to have appropriate instructor signatures for all courses except those courses that have never filled. No college signatures are required.
The Office of the Registrar-Enrollment Services office hours during add/drop:
Fall/Winter Terms (September-April)
Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
Summer Term (May-August)
Monday and Thursday from 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
The deadline to add courses is available on the "Academic Calendar." Any exceptions for adding courses after this date must be approved by petition to the college in which the student is enrolled.
Students may use the Web to add beginning on scheduled registration dates in the Registration Timetable through the first two weeks of a full term, or the first week of a half term or mini-term. The Web is available from 6:00 a.m. to 11:45 p.m.
