MIOSHA Annual Summary Log

Michigan Occupational Safety and Health Administration (MIOSHA) mandates the reporting and recording of work-place incidents and requires that the University of Michigan annually post a summary of all Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses from the previous calendar year. The information must be posted from February 1st through April 30th of each subsequent calendar year. The electronic version of the Summary log is intended to meet the posting requirements (i.e., centrally located and easily accessible) outlined in MIOSHA Part 11. Reporting and Recording of Occupational Injuries and Illnesses standard.

The university community (i.e., Faculty, Staff, and Student) has access to the above referenced information at all times via the EHS Department website.

The UM-Dearborn Summary of Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses is a resource available to all UM-Dearborn faculty, staff, students and interested parties.  If you have any questions regarding the report, please feel free to contact UM-Dearborn EHS.
